Sometimes think and have are used in
progressive tenses.
I think that grammar is easy. When think means believe, it is nonprogressive.
I am thinking about grammar right now. When think expresses thoughts thet are going through a person’s mind, it can be progressive.
Tom has a car. When have expresses possession, it is not used in the present progressive.
I’m having a good time. In certain idiomatic expressions (e.g.,have a good time), have can be used in the present progressive.

A question tag is a question that is added onto the end of a sentence. An auxiliary verb is used in a tag question.
In (a), (b) and (c): When the main verb is affirmative,the question tag is negative.
In (c), (d) and (e): When the main verb is negative, the tag question is affirmative.
