Hello! My name is Sofia. I  m from Russia from Safonovo. I  m twelve and I go to school number 4.

I have got a lot of hobbies. I play the guitar, sing songs and like to cook. But most of all I like to study. And my favorite subject at school is English.

This language is the official language in such countries as the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the South-African Republic, India and many African countries.

Nowadays the English language is the language of culture, politics, and international relations.

Why people study English?

I love reading books in English and listening to English songs.

I take part in many quizzes and competitions in English.

In future I dream to go to London and visit the Tower.

I want to speak fluent English because English will help me in my future life.

I will read books in English, watch films, travel and sing English songs .

But what is more important, I will speak with people from other countries and we’ll understand each other. We’ll make friends and will live in peace.

Lets study English together.
