These sentences are examples of the Present Perfect Tense.
Present Perfect
The Present Perfect Tense is used to indicate a link between the present and the past. We use the Present Perfect to talk about our experiences, and to talk about actions that took place in the past and which have a result or evidence in the present. It is used to describe:
- an action or situation that started in the past and continues in the present.
I have lived in Bristol since 2012 (= and I still live);
- an action performed during a period that hasn’t yet finished.
She has been to the cinema twice this week (= and the week isn’t over yet);
- a repeated action in an unspecified period between the past and now.
We have visited Disneyland several times ;
- an action that was completed in the very recent past, expressed by just .
I have just finished my work ;
- an action when the time is not important.
He has read all books about Harry Potter (= the result of his reading is important).

Although true and real have almost the same meaning, there is some difference between the two.
In modern English we associate real with living or non-living things having physical existence. That is, to represent something which can be felt, seen and touched. For example, a real hero or real estate .
On the contrary, we associate true with concepts that don’t have any physical existence but can be perceived. For example, a true story or true effort.
