Vyacheslav Bykov has brought glory to South Ural as the remarkable hockey player, and as the talented trainer. Being a player, he became the Olympic champion twice, five times as a part of the Soviet national team he won gold of championship of the planet.

Vyacheslav Bykov has achieved not less resounding success and as the trainer. So, 15 years later he has led Russian national team to a rank of world champions in hockey in 2008, and has consolidated achievements a year later, having defended a title of the strongest.

Bykov awarded with a set of the state awards. He included in the Hall of glory of International Ice Hockey Federation.
