• People have always had curiosity about what is happening under the water in the underwater world and try to get there. It was necessary to solve two problems: the difficulty of movement in the water and the problem of pressure changes in the underwater world.

In 1943, Captain Jacques-Yves Cousteau and Emile Ganyan invented an aqualung.

• It has allowed to discover the secrets of the underwater world. With this equipment a diver can stay underwater for a long time. Air supply compressed under pressure is contained in the cylinders, which are mounted on the back of the swimmer.

• The breath of a diver underwater is just the same as on the surface. A diver should breathe in order to get the oxygen. After the invention of an aqualung diving is widespread around the world....
