What is tolerance? Whether it is the true key to the survival of nations? Whether it is able to regulate the relationships between them, and to provide the necessary co-existence of a measured world?

Tolerance - this is a common desire, the ability to establish and maintain a specific community with people who differ in some racial and cultural lines. For many centuries among peoples of different cultural identities are large-scale conflicts and new conflicts which involve loss of life, destruction of the spiritual, cultural and material values.

Tolerance, similar to the concept of charity and mercy, meaning tolerance and sincere respect to the customs, beliefs and opinions of others, is the key problem of the modern world, affecting the most important aspects of human life. For years, philosophers developed solutions to the problems presented, from which followed the only correct conclusion - peace and harmony can be achieved only through the moral re-population of the planet, in the spirit of tolerance.

Consequently, the root of the problem is found in the education of every nation and individual as its components. At the moment, the issue has become more than a global and universal importance to the future of the next generations, has become a complex international problem, which accounts for its undeniable relevance.

From generation to generation ethnic groups transmit their hereditary enmity, a young generation the old enmity. The result is the original, which took root in the minds of some ethnic confrontation psychological traditions and beliefs of others. There are cases of anti-social impact on today's youth organizations, which often takes over the negative perceptions about foreign cultures, to build a society that educates future statesmen intransigence to the coexistence of individual nations, the hatred and killing a man his inherent humanity.

What is the development of respect and understanding in society and how to achieve it? In my opinion, one of the important conditions for tolerance is the recognition of the moral and ethical duty as an individual, and the ethnic group as a whole. It should be noted that without the formation of mass concepts of tolerance and peaceful co-existence of the movement and development of civilized society at the present stage, it is impossible.

Its importance for all peoples of the world is very high, which is confirmed also known international acts - the Declaration of Principles on Tolerance, adopted by the UNESCO, and later Russia adopted an action plan for the dissemination of the basic principles of tolerance .

In Russian history, the problem of tolerance was in the sphere of influence of the state and the Orthodox Church, it is understood, first of all, as tolerance of other cultures. Patience for other peoples have long remained a feature of the Russian nation and remains as long as the user-friendly ethos did not violate her freedom in any way. This trend is reflected in the social and legal concepts of Russian philosophers, such as P.I. Novgorodtsev, V.S. Solovyev, N.O. Lossky.

A possible alternative that I see in the future by following the principles of tolerance - a joint and targeted assistance from developed and developing countries are lagging behind, undeveloped. The event, in my opinion, would achieve maximum inclusion that will help people to survive, are subject to constant disasters, famine, epidemics, and other adversities.

And, summing up, I would like to point out that we should be aware of tolerance, in the first place as the most important value of the society, which opens the way for ethnic groups to accept other cultures, able to appreciate freedom, respect for human dignity, ability and personality.
