I consider that the welfare state is world without a war. Lucky children, people with work and certain payments. In the welfare state most benefits are available to every body who is entitled to them and it's very good. I think the welfare state must help the unemployed or the homeless.

There is a big care spared to veterans of the war, children, the unemployment, the widows.

People get different payments such as: maternity pay, pensions, free school education is available for children, the widowed pension, the unemployment benefits and others.

So i consider that our state is welfare.
