500 g potatoes, pared. 2 tablespoons all – purpose flour 1 finely chopped onion. 1 egg. ¾ teaspoon salt. 2 – 3 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pepper Oil for frying 1. Using grater, grate potatoes and drain well. 2. In a large bowl, combine grated potato with onion, egg, flour, salt, milk, vegetable oil and pepper. 3. Heat oil slowly in frying — pen, until bread cube dropped into oil becomes golden – brown. 4. With spoon put potato mixture on frying – pen and fry pancakes 2 or 3 minutes on each side, or until golden – brown.  5. Serve hot.

Fruit salad

Banana 1-2 pieces, apple 1 piece, tangerine 1-2 piece, orange 1 piece,  walnuts - 100g and fruit yogurt  to taste . Banana to peel and cut cubes. To peel tangerine, to cut each segment on 4 parts to clear everything to cut cubes, than to mix all fruits and fill yogurt
