The Sheldonian Theatre It is very interesting to watch the performance in theatre after reading the books. Oxford has his theatre and his name is The Sheldonian theatre. The Sheldonian theatre is an unusual building. It was built in 1688. The lectures and university ceremonies are delivered there. The administration of Oxford delivered all ceremonies in church. But lately they decided to find their own scene for awarding. 7
