“ BEING A TEENAGER” – WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

It means

• Being a teenager is having holidays.
•   Being a teenager is spending a lot of time with friends.
• Being a teenager is not being very responsible.
• Being a teenager is travelling with parents.
• Being a teenager is playing sports.
• Being a teenager is suffering from lack of independence.
•   Being a teenager is being curious.
• Being a teenager is getting a lot of information.
• Being a teenager is fighting.
•   Being a teenager is watching TV a lot.
•   Being a teenager is boring.
•   Being a teenager is doing a lot of homework.
•   Being a teenager is exciting.
•   Being a teenager is arguing with parents a lot.
• Being a teenager is having a lot of problems.

The opinions of my friends and classmates about young years

Every young person has his own point of view on his life and future. Teenagers are self-confident, like risking. So all of us want to try everything in the life, to grow up as soon as possible .

When a person is young he goes through all the problems more vividly. For teenagers nearly everything becomes a tragedy. Love, friendship, conflicts, misunderstanding between them & parents are all the things that go hand in hand with youth.

The problem number one contains communication with each other. At our age it’s so important to choose a true friend who can listen to you, support in any situation, and advise something useful.

I think that the most difficult and serious problem of modern teenagers is drug addiction. Today millions of young people use drugs, and most of them die.

• Youth organizations associated with political parties;
• Youth organizations controlled by religious bodies.

As a rule, young people usually steal. Then they sale stolen things and get some money. Drugs are very expensive so teenager even can be a killer to earn money.

Besides, a lot of teenagers think drugs will help them to forget about different problems and to escape from reality.

In addition to that, young people always need some money to buy them.

We know some of teens prefer to join some groups. How do you think, why? Express your opinion in chain. Don’t recur!

• To sum everything up, I’d like to say that all the problems which face teens are solvable. You needn’t be afraid of asking for someone's’ help. I’m sure nobody rejects you.
