Пояснительная записка: Урок направлен на развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции учащихся и метапредметных навыков. (Тема: Диета и здоровье подростков.) Проблема урока связана с формированием у школьников компетентности в сфере правильного питания, сохранении здоровья. Развивающий характер предложенных заданий позволяет формировать у учащихся интерес к предложенной теме, повысить их грамотность в данной сфере, совершенствовать коммуникативные умения, воспитывать личностные качества в рамках диалога культур.
Цель урока: Систематизировать, расширить и обобщить знания учащихся по теме “Teen Diet & Health ”, совершенствовать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся и развивать у них метапредметные и межпредметные навыки.
Задачи урока:
1. Образовательный аспект: систематизировать знания учащихся о современных компьютерных технологиях, совершенствование умения и навыка устной речи с использованием опор на таблицу, тексты.
2. Развивающий аспект: формирование критического мышления в условиях фронтальной, парной групповой и индивидуальной работы; развивать навык самостоятельного поиска информации и её систематизации; развитие способности к продуктивным речевым действиям, развитие внимания, логического мышления, умения сравнивать и делать выводы, извлечение нужной информации из текста.
3. Воспитательный аспект: формирование навыков межличностного общения; воспитание чувства взаимопомощи и поддержки через работу в парах и группах; поддержка мотивации к изучению английского языка; обучение сотрудничеству и работе в группах.
Используемые личностно-ориентированные технологии: технология развития критического мышления и технология обучения в сотрудничестве.
Формы организации учебной деятельности: фронтальная, парная, групповая и индивидуальная работа.
Оборудование: учебник, тетрадь, компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, аудиозапись, презентация к уроку, раздаточный материал.
Ход урока
1.Вводный этап. Приветствие.
- Good morning, pupils. I am glad to see you again. I hope you are ready to work.
How are you today?
2.Мотивация . Формулирование темы урока.
- Try to guess what I have in this box. May be some of you know an old English proverb. If you have it at least one a day you will be healthy and it will keep the doctor away. What is it?
- Do you like apples?
- Are they useful and healthy?
- That’s right. Please look at the screen and read some other proverbs about health. Try to guess their meanings.

After dinner rest a while, after supper walk a mile. 4.Health is wealth. 5.Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. | a). Health is the most precious wealth we can have. We all know that a varied diet with the right combination of protein, carbohydrates and fresh fruit and vegetables is necessary for good health.

However, modern living and a busy lifestyle often mean that many of us don't have time to eat proper well-balanced meals. We seem to be relying too much on 'fast foods' to match our fast lives. The problem with these foods though is that they are high in bad things like fat and calories, but low in the good things like vitamins and minerals. If you are only eating this sort of 'junk' food, then you've got a poor diet.

A poor diet can lead to lots of health problems. These include allergies and tiredness or much more serious illnesses such as cancer and heart disease. The additives which are put in processed foods can also cause illness. Additives are used to add colour, flavour and long life to foods, but they can be quite harmful if you eat too many of them.

If you eat raw and organic foods, you will be much healthier. Therefore, it makes sense to eat organically grown fruit and vegetables whenever you can. Try to stop drinking coffee and stop using sugar, too. Also, it is good idea to take vitamin and mineral tablets if you know your diet is not as healthy as it should be.

A good time to think about healthy eating is when you are shopping, read the list of ingredients on food packets to find out if there are a lot of additives so you can avoid them. Foods that contain a lot of additives include: processed meats, soft drinks, tinned fruit, margarine and biscuits.

All in all, a few simple changes to your diet can make a big difference to your health. Eat the right things and you can eat your way to good health.
