Тема урока: Урок систематизации и закрепления знаний по теме:

Jobs. Present Simple and Present Continuous.

Цель урока: совершенствование навыков устной речи, чтения, письма и аудирования, закрепления лексики по теме «Профессии», сравнительная характеристика времен и их правильное использование в речи.

Оборудование:

1. Аудиозапись песни-зарядки “Rich high”

2. Презентация к уроку.

3. Раздаточный материал: карточки с заданиями, игра “Match and make sentences”, «смайлики» для оценивания работы на уроке.

Ход урока.

I. Начало урока.

1. Приветствие учащихся и организационные вопросы:

- Good morning, pupils! Sit down. Glad to see you.

- How are you?

- What is the date and day today?

- Who is absent today?

- What is the weather like today?

2. Тема урока:

- Topic of our lesson is on the blackboard «Jobs. Present Simple and Present Continuous.» Let’s begin our lesson. Here we go!!!

II. Основная часть:

1. Warm-up. Активизация изученной лексики по теме “Jobs”.

• For warming-up let’s play “A snowball game”.

• Do you remember the rules? (repeat all the previous words and add yours). Today the question for the game is:

• What would you like to be in the future? (слайд из презентации)

(Ответы детей: I’d like to be a doctor…)

1. Проверка домашнего задания. (карточка)

- Your homework: Task 1. Read your sentences with jobs.

1. Составление предложений по образцу (слайд из презентации)

• Make the sentences about jobs. What do these people do? You’ve got some tips and an example.

1. Закрепление грамматики: сравнительная характеристика времен (Grammar: Present Simple and Present Continuous).

1. Проверка домашнего задания. (карточка)

• Now a little bit grammar. Your homework: Task 2. Which sentences did you find about these occupations? Read them, please.

• Now give me please examples of Present Simple and read only verbs; then – Present Continuous.

1. Заполнение таблицы: сравнительная характеристика времен.

• Now think, sum up and complete the table. Remember and choose the words-helpers and verbs for Present Simple and Present Continuous.

(Учащиеся заполняют таблицу с помощью карточек-заготовок.)

• This table is very useful for you in next exercises.

1. Закрепление грамматики в упражнениях.

- Task № 3. Grammar game “A race”. On your desks you have got the envelopes with cards. You have to make correct sentences in Present Simple and Present Continuous as soon as possible. You work in pairs. The winner is the first pair.

- Read your sentences.

ФИЗМИНУТКА + Song “Reach high”.

- Task № 4. Choose the correct form of verbs. Now please exchange your works and check your partner’s work. Please put a mark.

(слайд из презентации)

- Task № 5 – the task is more difficult: complete the text about a ballet dancer and write the verbs yourself. You can use the table. Be very attentive!

- Let’s read the text. (1 работу – на проверку)

4. Аудирование. Grammar alive: Listening.

- Task № 6. Listen to the conversation.

- What do Mary and Jim usually read?

- What are they reading now and why?

III. Заключительная часть. Рефлексия.

1. Итоги урока:

• Our lesson is finishing.

• Do you like the lesson? Do you work well? Put the marks to your work on the lesson.

• You’ve got smiles on the table. Show please how you liked the lesson (red – I don’t like; yellow – It’s OK, quite like; green – I like it, It’s fantastic). (смайлики на столах)

• How good were you at the lesson?

• I like your work on the lesson, you worked fantastic.

1. Домашнее задание:

Раздать карточки с заданием:

- Your task is to do some exercises on Present Simple and Present Continuous, the last one - if you want.

• The lesson is over. Thanks for your good work. Stand up, please. Good-bye.
