Respect Everyone's Ideas

• Listen carefully to each group member’s ideas without interrupting.
• Value everyone's input, even if it’s different from yours.

Share Responsibilities

• Divide tasks equally among all group members so that everyone has a role to play.
• Take turns leading and contributing to discussions.

Communicate Effectively

• Speak clearly and stay on topic when discussing the task.
• - If you don’t understand something, ask questions, and help others when needed.

Stay Focused on the Task

• Make sure you stay on task and don’t get distracted by unrelated topics.
• Set small goals to ensure you complete the project on time.

Help and Support Each Other

• Offer assistance if a group member is having difficulty with a task.
• Encourage each other, and work together to solve problems.

Respect Time Limits

• Keep track of time and make sure you complete tasks within the given timeframe.
• Stay organized so you can finish your work efficiently.

Resolve Conflicts Peacefully

• If disagreements arise, discuss them calmly and respectfully.
• Focus on finding solutions that work for everyone.
