My trip around the world.

Once I was sitting at home watching TV. There was a program about travelling around the world. And I remembered our lesson of English, the text we were reading and discussing. It was story of Jules Verne “Around the world in 80 days”. Sure it was so interesting and exciting to visit other countries. And I decided to imagine my own journey around the world.

I want to start my story about this trip with one of the richest countries, the United Arab Emirates. In Abu-Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, I visited Ferrari World. This is the Ferrari Theme Park where you can ride a roller coaster. Yet I visited Sheikh Zayed Mosque. It’s one of the largest mosques in the world.

My next destination was Spain. I went to Barcelona where I visited the stadium and watched an exciting football match. After these two wonderful countries I flew across the Atlantic Ocean and got to Brazil, the country of carnivals. And of course there I went to one of the most beautiful beaches of the world, Copacabana, and had a rest there all day, lying on the soft sand and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.

The next day I sailed across the Pacific Ocean on a beautiful sea liner and came to Australia. It is the most amazing country in the world. There I visited Wild Life Sidney Zoo. I saw koalas and kangaroos there. It was so interesting to watch them live especially taking into account the fact that these animals live only in Australia.

Then I decided to visit Japan. First of all I went to District Omoto-Sand and Havajuku – the centre of fashion and design. There I bought a lot of different beautiful clothes. Yet I visited Tsukiji market. It is the greatest fish and vegetables market in Tokio, the capital of Japan.

Goodbye, Japan! And the next country which I visited was South Korea. The capital of South Korea is Seoul. It’s one of the leading financial centers of Asia. Here I saw many ancient temples and palaces. Thanks to this trip, I learned more about this country, it’s culture. And I visited the most interesting place in Seoul - the bridge-fountain Bango! This bridge-fountain was built in 2008 and became the most popular tourist attraction. Bridge Bango, which connects the banks of the river Han, in the past did not differ from other bridges, and now it was turned into a remarkable fountain. It’s the largest bridge-fountain in the world, officially listed in the Guinness Book of records.

I’d be happy to come here again but for now I must say goodbye to this country.

Well, my trip around the world is over. It was very interesting to see all these countries. In my future I’m planning to live and work in a wonderful small and at the same time so great country - South Korea.
