Цели урока:

Практические:

- учащиеся узнают правило употребления Present Continuous для планов в будущем.

- смогут использовать НГМ в высказываниях по теме.

- к концу урока учащиеся смогут составлять диалогическое высказывание по теме.

• формирование навыков интеллектуального труда.

Ход урока

I. Подготовка учащихся к речевой деятельности на английском языке.

1. Организационный момент.

T: Good morning, guys. I’m glad to see you.

P: Good morning. We are glad to see you too.

T: Who is on duty today? What date is it today?

P: It’s the 15th of February.

T: What day is it today?

P: It’s Monday.

T: Who is absent today?

P: …

T: Ok. Thank you.

2. Сообщение целей урока.

T: today we continue to study present continuous.

II. Введение нового языкового материала.

1. Презентация грамматического явления.

T: You already know when present continuous is used. When?

P: When an action is happening now.

T: And also we use P.C. when speaking about future events.

1. показ функционирования грамматического явления в речи. Track 7.

T: ex.1 p.44. Listen and read.

T: Now let’s read it in role.

T: good. Now find p.c. here. (I’m playing football on Saturday morning).

T: here we use p.c. to talk about future arrangement.

There is a suggestion that more than one person is aware of the event, and that some preparation has already happened. e.g.

I'm meeting Jim at the airport = Jim and I have discussed this.

I am leaving tomorrow. = I've already bought my train ticket.

We're having a meeting next Monday = all members of staff have been told about it.

T: now let’s try to create your own dialogue. Work in pairs. Here you see the plan.

You can use phrases from ex. 1, 3, 6.

A – greeting

B – greeting

A –asking if your friend is busy or free

B – answering you are not and suggest an activity

A – agree. Ask about time.

B – suggest time and a place.

A - Say goodbye

B – say goodbye.
