Сценарий мероприятия по английскому языку «Happy mother’s day!» для детей 9-12 лет

Цель: развитие познавательного интереса к изучению английского языка.

Задачи:

• познавательные: история празднования «Дня матери» в Великобритании, России  и других странах;

• воспитательные: прививать милосердие и любовь к матери;

• учебные: развивать навыки устной речи и аудирования.

Оборудование: мультимедийная техника

ХОД МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ

На экране изображение мамы, звучит песня о маме.

Teacher: Hello, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you. Today we are going to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Teacher: Празднование Дня матери имеет многовековую историю. В России этот день празднуется  в последнее воскресенье ноября. День матери в нашей стране появился относительно недавно. Праздник был основан в 1998 году.

Этот праздник находится на особом месте. Это такой день, к которому никто не может остаться равнодушным. В день матери хочется произнести слова признательности всем Матерям.

В  Великобритании празднуется в четвертое воскресение Великого поста, ровно за три недели до пасхи. История его уходит в викторианские времена, когда дети в довольно раннем возрасте работали вдали от дома. Тогда один день в году им разрешалось провести со своей семьей и обычно они приносили своим матерям небольшие подарки. Сегодня британские дети в этот день дарят своим мамам цветы и выполняют за них работу по дому.

Инсценировка

P1: Hello. Why are you in a hurry?
P2: Oh, I’m busy. I’m running to a flower shop.
P1: Why? It’s a holiday isn’t it?
P2: Don’t you remember? It will be Mother’s Day tomorrow. I would like to buy flowers for my mother.
P1: Will I join you? I want to make a surprise for my mum too.
P1,P2 (in chorus): Great! Certainly! Great!

Teacher: Разные государства установили для празднования этого замечательного праздника различные официальные даты. Во многих государствах День матери, по традиции, отмечается во второе воскресенье мая. И это неслучайно. Ведь именно май ассоциируется с периодом пробуждения природы, в это время всё кругом цветет и благоухает, готовится к плодородию. Это самое благодатное время для такого замечательного праздника.

P1:

I never have a special day
To give flowers to my mother.
I give them to her every day
To show how much I love her.

When I sweep the kitchen floor,
Or care for baby brother,
Run on errands or make the beds,

Teacher: Мама – хранительница семейного очага, она – огонь тепла, любви и доброты

P1: бескорыстности и жертвенности,

P5: но она любит нас и всегда готова прийти на помощь и принимает нас такими какие мы есть.

Teacher:  День матери во всех странах считается глубоко семейным, и празднование его начинается именно с утра. Обычно в этот день все члены семьи просыпаются очень рано, но стараются не разбудить своими хлопотами виновницу торжества – маму.

 После пробуждения мамы ей прямо в постель преподносят завтрак. И в этот день мама заслуженно чувствует себя практически настоящей королевой.

В завершение нашего праздника давайте послушаем ещё одно стихотворение.
