The problem of disabled children's integration into the society

Family and atmosphere in the family are preconditions for healthy society where both healthy and handicapped people have the right to live and act as fully-fledged members. Children, being the most vulnerable layer of the society, reflect the right picture of the latter, i. e. the level of disabled children's integration into the society, the level of their protection and security is one of the basic issues for a healthy and stable society. It is obvious that the society where the disabled children have their rights and obligations as competent members is a strong one.

Such kind of investigations aim to increase the awareness of the fact that physical and mental disorders as well as their causes are not always of medical nature. As a result it is acknowledged that the specialists first of all should work with families and only then with the disabled children living in those families.

In case of being disabled the different types of disorders impede the person’s activities as well as cause malfunctions of different organs.
