Aim of the project
- to show the importance of health for students and encourage them to adhere to healthy lifestyle habits

Objectives
- To teach students the basics of a healthy lifestyle; To convey the importance and significance of a healthy lifestyle for people; To acquaint students with healthy habits Developing: To develop knowledge of students about healthy lifestyle; To develop interest of students in maintaining a healthy lifestyle; To develop collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Hypothesis
Teenagers can intelligently explain what includes the concept of a healthy lifestyle, but there is virtually no child who fully complies with the rules of a healthy lifestyle.
Essential question:
- How do healthy habits help us to stay stronger and live longer?
Problem questions :
- Should we care about what we eat?
- What are consequences of a life without movement?
- To smoke or not to smoke?

- How do you understand concepts “ health ” , “ healthy lifestyle ” ?

Activities
- Teacher shows students a video for prediction the theme and driving question of the project.
- Make a poster on theme “Healthy lifestyle”.
- Make a brochure according to problem question “To smoke or not to smoke?”
- Create a video about consequences of eating junk food.
- Create a pyramid of ‘steps to a healthy lifestyle’.
- Activity 6 - Solve the crossword about healthy lifestyle

Conclusion
- Healthy lifestyle is a universally recognized, reliable, effective way of preserving and strengthening people’s health.
- Healthy living is a combination of many things, including good nutrition, regular exercises and a positive attitude. Taking care of your body and feeling pride in your accomplishments can improve both your physical and mental health.
