Of course, computers have their pros and cons. To begin with, computers are used everywhere.

For example, today computers help people to do many things:

- make presentations;

- do projects.

And many other things, such a list can go on forever. These are not all their advantages! The computer gives us a quick access to almost all the information available on the network. One of the main advantages of a computer for teenagers is that it makes it possible to communicate at a distance, study remote, and for adults to work remotely. In addition, people use a computer to do their daily work quickly and easily. Using a personal computer makes a difficult task easier. And the computer is used as part of every sphere of life, for example, in transport companies, in business, medicine, industry or for climate assessment. Many companies use computers to maintain their customers' accounts. Also, banks use computers to store records and manage financial exchanges. Moreover, The computer helps us to relax, many people like to watch movies in their free time, play computer games, call up with their friends. It helps in self-development as you can find a lot of educational videos and other various useful materials.

However, The Internet has recently become another important source of information. It is regarded as the latest addiction to trap thousands of people which has been blamed for broken relationships, job losses, financial ruin and even suicide. Psychologists now recognize Internet Addiction Syndrome (IAS) as a new illness that could cause serious problems and ruin many lives. Many users spend up to 40 hours a week on the Internet. Some of the addicts are teenagers who are already hooked on computer games. Also, one of the disadvantages that people can have an access to the information stored on your personal computer, which can produce the most difficult problems for information security. Of course, one of the main disadvantages of computers and the Internet is that people stop communicating with other people in real life, because this communication replaces the Internet for them. Besides, people often violate the norms of morality and ethics on the Internet, and then they transfer all this to real life. Moreover, there are a lot of ads on the Internet. Sometimes it is useful and even interesting, but sometimes it happens on the contrary that advertising is intrusive and unnecessary. In addition, computers worsen human health, eyesight worsens due to a long time at the computer, and also often people who sit at the computer a lot lead a inactive lifestyle and practically do not go outside, which is also harmful to health.

Honestly, I think that computers are very important in our lives and now we can't live without them, but it's not worth spending a lot of time at the computer, because it's harmful to health. Also, do not forget about real life.
