Класс: 5;
Форма проведения: игра( между двумя командами : Grammar Learners and Grammar Users;
Оформление: кабинет украшен шарами, на доске картинка с нарисованным замком, ведущая - Miss Grammar.
Цели:
- воспитание межличностных отношений, культуры общения;
- расширение эрудиции учащихся;
- развитие интереса к учению и формирование познавательной активности;
Задачи:
- повышать интерес к изучению английского языка;
- расширять кругозор учащихся и приобщать к культурному наследию страны изучаемого языка;
- развивать внимание, память и наблюдательность.
Оборудование: карточки с заданиями, вырезанные из цветной бумаги ключи, клей.
Ход мероприятия:
1. Организационный момент.
Miss Grammar: Dear friends! Let me introduce myself. My name is Miss Grammar. I am from Grammarland. I want to travel with you to Grammarland and to visit the Grammar Castle. When you visit it you will know much more about English Grammar. But the way there won't be easy. You should do some tasks and after that you will be able to come into it.
2. Проведение игры.
Команды выполняют задания. Та команда, которая наберет больше ключей( оценивается правильность и скорость выполнения) выигрывает и получает право зайти в замок. Команда победитель получает оценку "отлично"
Task 1. " Am, Is, Are"
Miss Grammar: At first you should remember what forms of the verb " to be" in Present are.
( Учащиеся называют формы)
You should fill in" Am, Is, Are" in the given text.

Miss Grammar: Now you should answer my question: What are you going to do in Grammarland?
Учащиеся отвечают на вопрос по очереди, употребляя структуру to be going to.
Предлагаются карточки с разными глаголами, из которых команды выберут нужные.
Команды составляют по 5 предложений.

Miss Grammar: Do you know English verbs? Do you remember Irregular verbs? The captains of our teams should give the two forms of the verbs.
На столе лежат карточки с глаголами. По очереди вытягивая карточки, капитаны называют формы глаголов. По результатам - ключ.

Учащиеся получают скороговорку и определяют кто из команды её будет читать.

3. Подведение итогов.
