тема„Language competition“

Место проведения: 5 гимназия, 105 кабинет

Класс: 5 «а», 15 человек

Форма проведения: викторина, подготовленное выступление учеников (английская интерпретация сказки «Теремок», с использованием активного грамматического материала- модальный глагол „CAN“)

Цель: повысить интерес учащихся к изучению иностранного языка.

Задачи:

1.Образовательные:
Расширение лингвистического кругозора и эрудиции учащихся;

2.Практические:
Активизация и закрепление лексики по темам School, Parts of body;

Выявление уровня знаний, умений и навыков по пройденным темам;

Повторение грамматического материала по теме The Present Tense; модальный глагол CAN.

3.Развивающие:
Развитие языковой догадки, внимания и логического мышления;

4.Воспитательные:
Воспитание умения работать в команде;

Воспитание чувства взаимопомощи;

Воспитание уважительного отношения к соперникам;

Воспитание культуры общения.

Оборудование:

2 круглых стола (по одному для каждой команды, так чтобы учащиеся видели друг друга)

классная доска c названием мероприятия,

ПК,

Проектор,

Презентация с заданиями конкурсов,

текст песни Head & Shoulders + видео песни с заданиями,

музыкальное сопровождение,

листочки бумаги для письменных конкурсов,

мел,

призы.

Ход мероприятия:

I.ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЙ МОМЕНТ.

T:- Good afternoon, children! Today we have a special lesson. It is a game lesson there will be special language competition today.

- Today you will ask questions, solve riddles and play games!

-  In the last lesson I divided you into two teams. So captains of the team, come up to the blackboard, introduce yourself and your team.

Don’t forget about the discipline, for the first remark I’ll remove 10 points? For thr second-20 and so on.

Misha: My name’s Misha, I’m the captain. Our team is “Telerock”

Sonya: My name’s Sonya, I’m the captain. Our team is “Maximum”

T: Ok, guys thank you very much, you can take your seat.

I’d like to introduce the jury, they are Elena Mikhajlovna, Snezhana Nikolaevna and Grigirij Vladimirivich. let's welcome them. After each contest, they will estimate you, your points will be announced after each contest. Let’ s start our language competition.

II. ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ КОНКУРСОВ.

Конкурс 1

The first contest’s called “My dear school“

-Your task is to name as much things connected with school as possible.

-The difficulty is that you shouldnt repeat one and the same word two times.

-Ready, steady, go!!!

(Нужно перечислить слова (существительные), связанные с темой Школа).

Конкурс 2

The second contest’s called “Riddles”

-Let us do one more task. Look at the cards. There you can see some riddles. Try to solve them:

Here your task is to open the brackets using Present Simple or Present Continuous. You are given 3 minutes.

You’ve done good job now let us have some fun. The next contest is called “Head, shoulders”.

Teams come closer to the blackboard and follow the instructions In the video. (Сначала показываются все движения, затем ускоряется темп, затем не поется первое слово “heads“, но показывается, Затем и первое и второе и т .д пока не исчезнут все слова, выигрывает команда, сделавшая меньше всех ошибок)

- It was the last task of our competition. While the jury is thinking about the results of the game let us watch a play about Teremok (The Wooden house). Далее команды показывают инсценировку сказки.

III. Подведение итогов

Boys and girls, you were amazing, excellent performances. Now let’s thank jury for their work and I ask the chairman of the jury announce the total points and winners.

Chairman Of The Jury: Well done guys, we were pleasantly surprised by your performing. So … points go to “Telerock” and …. points go to “Maximum”. As a result friendship won.
