Сценарий мероприятия на День святого Валентина

на английском языке

(На скамейке сидит девушка и читает книгу в планшете. Влетает молодой человек в наушниках с плейером, звучит громкая современная музыка)

Девушка: Ой, привет, я так замечталась, зачиталась, что не заметила, как ты подошёл.

Юноша: Да уж, ты когда читаешь, хоть из пушки пали, ничего не замечаешь. Я к тебе по делу. У меня тут с английским проблемы.

(Девушка не реагирует)

Юноша: Вика! Ты вообще меня слышишь? Что ты там читаешь?

Девушка: А? Что? Извини, я читаю о любви.

Юноша: О, Господи! И что это все девушки на любви помешались? Книжки о любви, фильмы о любви, песенки там всякие «любовь-морковь».

Девушка: Как ты можешь такое говорить?! Все великие мира поклонялись любви, боготворили её, воспевали. Вот послушай:

- Любить-значит, видеть чудо, необходимое для других.

- Когда мы любим, мы теряем зрение.

- Любовь побеждает всё.

Юноша: А! Ты любишь афоризмы! Так вот тебе:

- Любовь одна, а подделок под неё тысячи.

- Истинная любовь похожа на привидение.

- Все о ней говорят, но мало, кто её видел.

Девушка: Мы можем спорить бесконечно. Во все времена, в разных странах, на всех языках мира говорили о любви. Не имели значения ни возраст, ни язык.

Юноша: Ладно, уговорила. Давай же поговорим сегодня о любви на языке Шекспира.

Ведущий 1: Добрый день! Good afternoon!

Ведущий 2: Dear friends! Today we are having a Saint Valentine`s Day Party. We are going to celebrate this wonderful holiday, to learn about its history, to listen to some beautiful songs and poems and to see some scenes dedicated to Saint Valentine`s Day. Moreover, we have a unique opportunity to talk about love. 

Ведущий 1: St.Valentine`s Day is widely celebrated among people of all ages. It is a time when people in love express their feelings to those whom they love or adore. Some people give greeting cards, flowers, chocolate to each other.

Ведущий 2: What kind of holiday is St. Valentine’s Day?

Ведущий 1: St. Valentine’s Day is a religious holiday, which is celebrated in Great Britain, in many European countries and in the USA. There are some important symbols of this holiday. Let’s learn about them.

1 ведущий: Heart. Emotions are feelings such as love, happiness, anger, or fear. A long time people believed that all the emotions were found in the heart. In later years, they thought only the emotion of love was connected with the heart.

2 ведущий: Red rose. The rose was the favourite flower of Venus, the Roman goddess of love. Red is a colour that stands for strong feelings.

1 ведущий: Ribbons. Ribbons go back to the days, when ladies gave ribbons to their favourite knights when they went to war.

2 ведущий: Lace. Lace comes from a latin word, it means “to catch”. Lace was supposed to catch the heart of a loved one.

(На фоне с мелодией ведущие читают стихи)

Ведущий 1: Love is a wonderful thing though it`s sad.

Love makes you happy and goes to your head.

Love keeps you lively when others are down.

Love keeps you smiling no face of a frown.

Ведущий 2: Love keeps you warm on a cold winter`s night.

Love makes you daydream, make things seem alright.

Love seems for ever. Love never ends.

Until those dreaded words let`s still be friends.

Ведущий 1: It’s here again, the Day when boys and girls, sweethearts and lovers, husbands and wives, friends and neighbours have a great chance to greet each other. It could be a serious matter , leading to marriage or it could be a kind of fun, the reason to say pretty words to friends.

Ведущий 2: Do you know why this day is called St. Valentine’s Day? Who was this Valentine?

Ведущий 1:  No, I don`t, because it isn`t clear. There are many legends of how Valentine`s Day started and we`ll tell you one of them.

(Исполняется сценка про влюблённых и священника Валентина)

Голос из-за занавеса:

When the Roman Emperor Claudius II needed soldiers for his army, he made a special law against marrying because he was sure that getting married made men want to stay at home instead of fighting wars. But at that time there lived a priest called Valentine. He couldn’t agree with the emperor’s decision. When he saw that young couples were truly in love, he married them secretly.

Когда Римский Император Клавдий II начал собираться в поход, чтоб завоевывать другие земли, он издал указ, запрещающий церкви венчать влюбленных, чтобы солдаты с легким сердцем уходили из дома и были готовы сражаться на благо его Империи. Но жил в те давние времена священник Валентин, который тайно венчал молодых, когда видел, что их любовь была настоящей. И за это он был казнен 14 февраля.

(На сцене появляются юноша и девушка, одетые в одежды времен Римской империи)

Он: Oh, I love you! Marry me!

Она:I can`t live without you! I love you truly! I will die, if Valentine doesn`t marry us. Please, help us! (они оба падают на колени)

Священник: I see how much you love each other. I will help you. My daughter! My son! I declare you husband and wife! Live long and be happy!

(Врывается стража, они хватают священника)

Стражник 1: Priest, you have been discovered! How dare you break the law? To prison! To prison!

Он и она: Farewell, Father!

(Священник в тюрьме). Звучит грустная мелодия. Входит тюремщик с дочерью.

Священник: What a beautiful girl!

Тюремщик: This is my daughter. She is so unhappy. She is blind. She will never enjoy the light of the sun! She will never see the blue sky and the trees!(начинает рыдать)

Священник: I will help you. Come up to me, poor child! Don’t be afraid!

(через некоторое время дочь тюремщика показывает, что к ней вернулось зрение, она счастлива)

Девушка: Thank you! You are so kind. Even here, in prison, you show your love for everyone. I’m so grateful to you! May I come to visit you every day?

Священник: Unfortunately, on February 14, I am to die. But I’m not scared and I want to tell “I love you. I’m your Valentine”.

Голос из-за кулис: Just before his death, on February 14, Valentine sent the girl a farewell message which he signed ”From your Valentine”.

Ведущий 1:  There are a lot of traditions of celebrating this Day in different countries. The most favourite tradition is to send greeting cards.

(На сцене рассказываю стихи дети-валентинки)

One, two, three, You love me.

2) One, one, one,
I love the sun.
Two, two, two,
I love my Mummy too!
Three, three, three,
My Mummy loves me.
Four, four, four,
I love her more.

3) I give this heart to you,
And want to tell you — I love you!

4) Sometimes we make love with our eyes.
Sometimes - with our hands.
Sometimes - with our bodies.
Always - with our hearts.

5) Just a little note to say: “Have a happy, happy Valentine’s Day!

6) To each and every friend of mine
I’ll send a lovely valentine.
Mommy, daddy and brother (sister), too.

Ведущий 1: Oh, such a beautiful English song. I think English is the most wonderful language. It`s great that English helped us to speak about love today!

Let’s have a break and play. The first task is “ Jumbled words” «Разбитые слова»

The letters in these words are mixed, but all the words are connected with St.

Valentine’s Day. Make the words.

Конкурс "Пойми меня без слов".

Юноши тянут карточки, на которых написано приглашение в театр, кино, на концерт, в библиотеку, ресторан, на дискотеку, охоту, лыжную прогулку, цирк, посмотреть боевик на английском языке. . Прочитав задание, юноша должен без слов, только жестами и мимикой показать, куда он её приглашает. Девушка отвечает, как поняла юношу (Ведущая после каждого приглашения зачитывает задание)

Ведущий 2: We hope that you enjoyed our today’s performance. Thank you for your time. Be happy! We love you!

Ведущий 1:  Our performance about friendship, friends and lovers came to the end, but I want to wish all of us to speak words of love, gratitude and recognition, not only this day but every day of the year.

Ведущий 2,1 читают по одной строчке:

Let it gives you warmth, happiness.
And gorgeous days, the best nights,
Joyful surprises, prettiness.
