INSIRING CHILDREN
Every lesson is not like another one, every day is different, every form is multiple and every child is unique. Being a teacher for no more than 7 years I can truly say that I love my profession because I know that my learners love me and because of viewing me as a personality they love my subject and do their best to study well.
Speaking about mutual love and cooperation for productive learning it is not as simple as it seems from the first sight. First of all inspiration at school is just the way motivation to study. Taking into consideration the theory of motivation we can point out that there too types of motivation such as material and non-material one. Inspiration at school can be classified analogically.
While thinking about material inspiration then within the lesson limits it is quite easy to be performed, for example you put a good point for a good answer or the best mark for a brilliant one. As a rule the learner is well-motivated by his parents for performing a good job at school.
On the other hand there are many dubious situations when you cannot stimulate the learners with the means of material inspiration. Here we may speak about non-material one. For example, you want you learners to be active during the lesson and they don’t, the best way here is to make a chart of the most active learner of the day or give your learners stickers with smiles for being active. One more way is to be a teacher, but to be a leader or an example and always express your opinion in different situations.
As a conclusion the main idea of any type of inspiration is the ability of a teacher to be a real friend to a learner and within this friendship any learner can be asked to do a favour even to study the subject better.
