Компьютер для учебы

More and more people use computer for studying nowadays. A lot of people believe that computer can be productive in this field. However, others concider that it has bad influence on education. Shall we use computer in studying?

In my opinion, studying with computer is very effective. Firstly, students can find a lot of different information on the Internet. For example, they can get rare information from foreign libraries and colledges. Secondly, it is very convenient as you can receive the information in one click which will save them time and money. Finally, students can use computer educational soft which is attractive and interesting for young people. That makes education even more effective.

On the other hand, there is an opinion that computer has negative influence on learning. Computer makes pupils stop thinking by themselves. Also, children spend much time in front of computer which is really bad for their health and as a consequence for education because children often get ill and miss school classes.

I totally disagree with this opinion. If teachers control and direct educational process well children have their own opinion and computer only helps them in it. As for the time, it can be controlled or planned by parents or students themselves.

In conclusion, advantages of computers in educational process outweigh disadvantages. Pupils get necessary information easily without spending a lot of time and money. Also, special computer programs can make education an interesting and attractive activity. As for me, I use computer reasonably and it helps me in my studying.
