My evaluation to the plan of Ayagoz Meirmanova

Topic- “Using fairytales to comprehend sequences of tenses.” The topic is very interesting and involving, as students will combine reading fairytales with defining sequences of tenses. So to my mind this topic is totally connected with educational program. 4-good.

EQ- The EQ is totally open-ended and sets a big challenge for solving it., also it gives students chance to express their imagination, they get an opportunity to create something on their own. Moreover the topic needs in much reading and learning before the question will be answered. 5-exemplary

Content- The content is accurate and comprehensive, students can gain new insights about the topic. Also many pertinent details were included. So, as far as I understood, this project can raise the knowledge of English grammar, the literature, and the vocabulary. 4-Good

The structure of the plan- It was mentioned, that the project is for 7-8th grade students, but to my mind it isn’t suitable for that group, as some of the students may not be interested in reading fairytales at all. Despite this fact, the structure of the plan is completely suitable for the realization of the end-up product. Everything was explained clearly by giving children chance to find the solution step by step. 4-Good

Timing of the project- Children were given 5-6 weeks and I think. Timing is too long for this project as students are able to find the right answer in shorter term. 4-Good

Working with others- This project is a great chance to become a friendly team by dividing responsibilities and works for each other. The student actively participated in all conversations and always has his/her own opinion during the discussions with other students.Also group work plays the main role in producing the product. 5- Exemplary
