Цель урока:

• Обобщение знаний по пройденной теме, чтение с извлечением информации и умение обобщать прочитанное в упражнениях разного вида

Задачи урока:

-активизация лексики по теме “Еда”

-тренировка структур there is/there are, there isn’t/ there aren’t

-развитие навыка диалогической и монологической речи.

Материал: картинки, карточки с новыми словами, транскрипцией

Метод: игровой

Тип урока: урок-соревнование

Procedure of the lesson.

I. Organization moment

Presentation of the theme of the lesson. Greeting the guests.

II. Warm –up:

Would you like to have a pear?

Have a pear if you dare.

Would you like to have a sweet?

Have a sweet for a treat.

I’d like to have a pear.

I’d like to have a sweet.

I’d like to come to your house.

That would be really neat!

III. Phonetic drill.

[i:]- teacher, seamen, speaker

[o:]- cosmonaut, astronaut

[a:]- farmer, artist, car

V. Competition

Today we are going to have a competition lesson that’s why you must take an active part in the lesson. Let’s divide the class into two groups. The first group is “Apples”, The second group is “Ice-cream”

The first round. Greeting

“Apples”

How do you do, dear friends?

How do you do?

We welcome you,

And what about you?

The second round. ”How do say this in English?”

The third round. We have running dictation. Write quickly and right.

Даны несколько слов они должны определять что к чему относиться.

The fourth round. Let’s play:

The game: Countable or uncountable nouns.

When one of the pupils go to the blackboard, and say words each group must lift their hands with the letters C- countable, U- uncountable

The fifth round (read and translate)

Work with book, page 146-147,exercise 2-6

The group which will translate the text quicker and better will be the winner in this round.

The sixth round: Act out the dialogue “At a café”

VI. Give result of the competition, giving marks

VII. Home task:

Write the dialogue: Ordering a meal.
