St Patrick's Day is a cultural and religious holiday which is celebrated annually on March 17. It's a national holiday in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Labrador. It is also celebrated by Irish diaspora around the world. It is associated with the saint patron of Ireland, St Patrick. It's also known as St Paddy's Day or St Patty's Day.

It is a national holiday in Northern Ireland where it's a day off. In England, Wales and Scotland it isn't a public holiday.

Shamrock is the official symbol of the feast. Traditionally, green dressing, green coloured food and drinks are prepered to get into the spirit of the day.

St Patrick's celebration includes parades, art festivals, dances and green parties.
