4. Learn how to find contacts in group.

Communication in group assumes mutual ability to listen each other and to discuss problems. To be sure of thoughts which you want to share with group, think of what you want to tell. Do not interrupt other members of the group. You speak clearly that your words were clear to all. When others speak, listen carefully that they tell, do not interrupt. Take notes during discussion.

7. The representative of group protects agreed decision before a class.

8. The leader of the group watches the time.

1. Elect the leader of group.

As the structure of group is non-uniform, it needs the leader. The leader will be able to distribute tasks, to help group work to focus on the main thing and to finish it. The role of the leader is in giving to all members of the group the chance to participate in work, to express the ideas.

2. To discuss ways of achievement of the goals, to appoint tasks to each member of the group.

3. Make sure that members of the group understand the purposes and tasks which they face.
