Big Ben is a symbol of London. It's a clock tower 316 feet high (95m). It's situated in Saint Stephens Tower of the Houses of Parliament. It is called after Sir Benjamin Hall who rebuilt it. The great clock was installed in the Tower in 1858.

Westminster Abbey was built in the 11th century. Many kings, queens and famous people were buried and crowned there. Parts of the Abbey are set aside for the memorials and tombs of outstanding people. (Newton, Darwin, Dickens, etc.)
