Does the creation fairy tales help students learning phrasal verbs
1.Is it provocative?
Yes, it is. This question is provocative because students will have the opportunity to create their own fairy tale in which they are interested in.
2.Is it open-ended?
Yes, it is. This question is open-ended, it will not have a single or easy answer. At the end of the project every student will create his own fairy tale, which shows his/her acquired skills. That is why this question is open-ended.
3. Is it challenging?
Yes, it is. From the childhood we have heard a lot of fairy tales, that is why creation new one is an interesting and difficult process
4. Does it go to the heart of a discipline or topic?
Yes, it does. The question deals with the English language grammar.
5. Does it arise from real world dilemmas that students find interesting?
Yes, it does because students will have to work in a group that is way it helps to improve collaboration, creativity, curiosity.
Level of complexity.
Our essential question makes the project interesting, complicate and not easy to solve. Students have to be creative while making a project. Students have to do a lot of activities and synthesis of different types of information before it can be created.
Level of coherence.
This question doesn't have an exactly answer. It's up to the point of student's view, it directs students toward the project's goals and objectives.
Level of authenticity.
Today this essential question is actual. It can help students in real world because the phrasal verbs are one of the most important part of English speech
