Teacher demonstrates using cards furniture in a room: Bed, chair, TV table, and desk.

Teach structure:

  • This is my bed. It’s ...

  • Point to and elicit the colours. Then say: Look at my room! This is my bed. It’s blue! Ask the pupils to repeat after you. Elicit the rest of the items in the picture. This is my bed. It’s blue. This is my desk. It’s red. This is my table. It’s yellow. This is my chair. It’s green. This is my TV. It’s purple.

  • Ss are given worksheets with furniture to do according T’s instruction (differentiation task). Today we will work in group.

1 group. This is your task. You will have a picture and words with mixed letters. Your task is writing re –correct word.

2 group. This is your task. You will have a picture and words with first letters. Your task is writing the whole words.

3 group. This is your task. You will have a picture and no words. You will think and write the whole words.
