Hi, my name is Omar, and I am going to travel on London. London is the capital of England. It lies on the river Thames. It has a population of over 8 million people. It’s an old city. London is famous for its historic buildings St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Houses of Parliament, where you can see and hear the famous clock, Big Ben. It’s also famous for its parks. I am going to visit London Eye, National gallery and Trafalgar Square. Children’s favorite place is Hamleys, which is the biggest toyshop in the world. Over one million people a day use the London underground, but there are still too many cars on the street. The main transports of London are double decker and black taxi.

Trafalgar Square is the centre of London. It is the most beautiful place of London. There is the monument of Admiral Nelson. There are two beautiful fountains in the square.

The National Gallery is one of the best picture galleries in the world. Every day many tourists visit this fine building with tall columns.

The large clock in one of the towers is Big Ben. You can hear the sound of Big Ben every hour in London.

The Tower Bridge is a famous sightseeing in London. It was built in 1886-1894. This big bridge across the river Thames.

The London Eye is a giant Ferris Wheel on the South bank of the River Thames in London. You can see all beauty of city from top this wheel.
