Good evening, boys and girls and dear guests! Welcome to our Halloween party! On the thirty first of October is Halloween, ghosts and witches are free and you can expect to meet them. A long time ago people were afraid and stayed at home on Halloween. But now in Britain it is a day for fun. There are always a lot of parties that night. Some people wear masks, others dress as ghosts and witches. Everybody is happy, they play different merry games. Don't be afraid if you see ghosts, goblins and black cats today at our party.

P1: The air is cool, the season fall,

Soon Halloween will come to all.

P2: Ghosts and goblins, spooks galore...

Tricky witches at your door.

P3: The spooks are after things to do,

In fact a spook brought this "Boo" to you!

P4: The excitement comes when friends like you,

Copy this note and make it two.

P5: We'll all have smiles upon our faces,

No one will know who "Boo” who's places!

P6: Just two short days to work your spell,

Keep it secret, hide it well.

Jack-o’-Lantern: My name is Jack and here is my lantern made from a pumpkin. As you see, I’ve cut out slits for two eyes, a nose, and a mouth, and put a lighted candle inside. I used to play practical jokes on the devil and I’m punished for it.

D1: We are Druids, Celtic priests. We are observing the end of autumn and the beginning of winter. We are not spirits or ghosts. But this night they and witches all come out. We don’t want them to hurt us. That’s why we are dressed this way. We want to deceive the evil spirits.

October 31st is the Halloween. Ghosts, witches, goblins, skeletons, black cats, spiders and jack-o-lantern are the symbols of this holiday. The children put on costumes of different monsters and go around the streets asking for sweets. They walk from house to house and ask “Trick or treat?”

Trick or treat, trick or treat,

Give us something good to eat.

Give us candy, give us cake,

Give us something sweet to take.

Give us cookies, fruits and gum,

Hurry up and give us some.

You had better do it quick

Or we’ll surely play a trick.

Look at the screen and fill in the gaps!

. Competition 1 “Apples in the water”

Witch: I need 3 persons from each commands. Your task will be to catch an apple from the water without your hands.

Competition 2

Witch: You can see 2 sheets of paper hanging in the blackboard. Your task is to draw a face of jack-o-lantern. You may do it just it time when the music plays.

Competition 3 “Mummy”

Witch: I need 4 persons. Your task: Make the Mummies with your own hands. Who is the fastest

Competition 4 “Pumpkins”

Witch: There are a lot of pumpkins: white, yellow and orange.

White 1 point;

Yellow 5 points;

Orange. 10 points;

Find as many pumpkins as you can before “stop” Sum up the numbers. The person with the most numbers is winner!

Competition 5 Balloons

You must break the balloons and find something:

Coin-you are rich

Peper-your life is difficult

Candy-your life is sweet

A witch: You can see our Halloween tree here. Let’s decorate it. And you’ll see who can come to our arty. You should speak about them and your decoration on the tree.

P.9 It’s a rat. An awful appears in dirty and bad places.

Убегает вся нечисть, появляются светлые призраки и танцуют со свечами в руках.

Появляется утренняя звезда

Morning Star:

The night is ending,

Through clouds like ashes

The red sun flashes.

Все выходят на сцену и поют песню

Ведущий:

Well! I am very glad to see your happy faces. But our party is over. I hope very much that you have enjoyed our party.
