Checking up the home task. Divide class into 2 groups.
Warm-up
Brainstorming: teacher show the two pictures about hobbies and leisure. By these pictures students answer the questions.

Students watch the video about “a couch potato”.
After watching the video students making 1 question for each person. In 2 minutes teacher collected and gave questions from 2nd group to the 1st group . At next from 1st group to the 2nd group. Then needed to reporter from each group and the reporters gave the question to the groups.

Read the text about “are you a Couch Potato?”. Read the dictionary definition. What does it mean? Then answer the question what do you think someone can do to stop becoming a ‘couch potato’? Tell your opinions in this text.
Students worked with the text by using the method “fishbone”. Read the text carefully and answer the question by completing the “fishbone”.
Couch potato (n) – someone who watches a lot of television and does not get enough exercise.
