Интеллектуальная игра “What Do You Know About the UK?”


Цели:

  • Развивающие: расширять общий кругозор учащихся; способствовать повышению интереса к изучению языка

  • Образовательные: актуализировать и совершенствовать навыки и умения учащихся по теме “The United Kingdom

  • Воспитательные: развивать умение работать в команде и принимать совместное решение; способствовать воспитанию уважения к культуре страны изучаемого языка

Оборудование:

  • мультимедийный проектор

  • компьютер

  • презентация PowerPoint


Для проведения игры и подсчета баллов необходимо выбрать счетную комиссию (2 человека).


Содержание и правила игры (по типу «Своей игры»)


  1. Играют либо 3 игрока, либо 3 команды.

  2. Первый ход разыгрывается (можно по жребию)

  3. Игрок выбирает тему и стоимость вопроса, затем отвечает. (Используется презентация – Приложение1)

  4. Если игрок дал правильный ответ, на его счет поступает выигранное количество баллов, если отвечает неверно, соответствующее количество баллов вычитается.

  5. Если выпал «кот в мешке», вопрос нужно отдать другому игроку, назвав его.

  6. Если выпал «аукцион», каждый игрок может сделать ставку, но больше номинала, а не меньше. Кто поставит больше, тот и отвечает на вопрос.

  7. Перед финалом подсчитывается сумма баллов каждого игрока или команды. Тот, кто окажется в «минусе», не участвует в финале.

  8. В финале игроки делают ставки от 1 до … (в зависимости от набранных баллов) до того, как ведущий зачитает финальное задание.

  9. На ответ в финале дается 1 минута. Через 1 мин. каждый игрок предоставляет ведущему письменный вариант ответа. Ведущий оглашает все ответы.

  10. Выигравшим называется тот, у кого сумма всех баллов (и за игру, и за финал) больше всех.

  11. Если не использовать электронный вариант игры (презентация), то на доске надо начертить игровое поле, в котором последовательно стираются те клетки, которые выбирали игроки.

Команды делают ставки, исходя из заработанных баллов.

Ведущий зачитывает вопрос финала, через 1 минуту команды дают письменные ответы на вопрос.

В конце игры подводятся итоги, победители награждаются.
