«КВН по английскому языку» для 6 класса

Цели:

• повторение и закрепление ранее изученного лексического и грамматического материала;

• развивать речевую культуру учащихся, культуру общения;

• расширять с помощью английского языка представление учащихся об окружающем их мире, о языке как средстве взаимодействия с этим миром;

• формировать положительную мотивацию учения, готовность воспринимать культуру страны изучаемого языка.

Педагогический  инструментарий:  компьютер, проектор, экран  

ПРОГРАММА КВН

1. Представление команд, членов жюри.

2. Конкурс «Разминка».

3. Конкурс капитанов.

4. Конкурс «Расшифруй пословицу».

5. Конкурс лексический.

6. Конкурс грамматический.

7. Конкурс «Аукцион».

8. Конкурс «Озвучка».

Каждый конкурс оценивается по пятибальной системе. Необходимо учитывать правильность и быстроту выполнения заданий. По усмотрению жюри  дополнительные баллы могут быть даны за наличие эмблемы, формы, музыкального сопровождения.

ХОД  МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ

1. Teacher: Good morning, dear children!

Welcome to our club of cheery and sharp-witted people. Let’s see who the best in ENGLISH is.

Let me introduce our teams, team 1 and team 2, and our judges.

Учитель называет команды, представляет капитанов, членов жюри, которыми могут быть учащиеся старших классов.

2.   Проведение конкурсов

P₁:  Dear comrades! Now we’ll see a competition of the Club of Cheery and Sharp -Witted between the girls and boys of two teams (two groups of 2 forms: 6a and 6b).

I welcome you to this event.

Let’s elect a competition jury with the following membership….. (they are our pupils),…….(they are our students and teachers)

Представление команд

P₂: So, let me introduce you to the first team. You are welcome, boys and girls. (The children are coming to the stage). They are called “Six pounds”.

Tanya is their captain.

P₁: Now, I want to invite the second team. You are welcome. (the children are coming to the stage). They are called “Wind of change”.

Anatoly is their captain.

[So, the teams are on the stage.

They are in their costumes].

3.Конкурс «Разминка»

В данном конкурсе необходимо быстро подобрать рифму к словам. (выполняется всей командой): dog – frog; man- can; clock – sock; money – funny; stage – page; mouse – house; crash – splash; plane – game

4. Конкурс капитанов.

Ведущий: In the future someone of you probably will be the interpreter. And you should begin to train now. Let’s do it now. Imagine that nobody here knows English. And only you can translate everything. I read the text and every participant should translate it from English to Russian (Приглашаются капитаны).

Тексты для капитанов:

1) The capital of Great Britain is London. The Queen is the head of state. There are not many countries in the world that keep old traditions. The UK is one of them. The British people are very proud of their traditions and customs. They respect the queen, the Royal family, the laws of their country.

2) The favourite topic of conversations in the UK is the weather. The English say that they have 3 variants of weather: when it rains in the morning, when it rains in the afternoon and when it rains all day long. But don’t be afraid. In rainy weather you can visit some galleries, museums and exhibitions.

5. Конкурс лексический «Найди лишнее слово»

6. Конкурс грамматический состоит из 2 заданий: участникам команд необходимо найти слова с противоположными значениями и восстановить пропущенное слово.

7. Конкурс «Аукцион».
