I got myself a PIMP xda Graphite Smartphone the other day. It's fantastic for watching videos on in full screen, however all my videos are like 50+ MB and some big resolution which really isn't necessary on the phone. I've used media player movie maker to compress squince's 6th vid and using the default setting for windows pocket PC (fullscreen 218Kbs) gives a resolution of 320x240 and keep the audio quality nice too. Is there any other software out there which can do what im after in a smaller package than WMM? It's such hassle having to import the vid first and then save it as a movie again. I tried the nokia multimedia convertor but it broke the aspect ratio and won't work in full screen... Example
