• 1) Carrot - морковь
• 2) Onion -лук
• 3) Meat -мясо баранины или говядины
• 4) pepper / salt -соль /перец
• 5) tomatoes -помидоры
• 6) Potatoes -картофель
• 7) Greenery –зелень
• 8) Garlic -чеснок
• 9) Homemade noodles –домашняя лапша

According to their religion, the Crimean Tatars do n’ t eat pork, so their dishes consist of a variety of meats: horse meat, beef and, of course, lamb.

We eat lagman on national and religious holidays , such as : The End of Lent , Spring Festival , Festival of autumn solstice , Feast of sacrifice .

Previously, when a girl was married off, lagman was served as the main dish to future relatives .
