Задачи урока:
Дать визуальное представление о достопримечательностях столицы Британии.
Обучить элементам чтения с пониманием основного содержания.
Научить использовать речевые образцы при оформлении диалогов.
Цели урока:
Воспитательные цели:
формировать у учащихся уважительное отношение к стране изучаемого языка, к её истории и культуре;
приобщать учащихся к самостоятельному выполнению заданий, работе со справочными материалами (на подготовительном этапе).
Образовательные цели:
развивать навыки и умения устной речи в рамках заданной темы;
совершенствовать у учащихся навыки аудирования, орфографии, языковую догадку;
развивать слухопроизносительные навыки;
развивать умение делать сообщение по теме, запрашивать и реагировать на информацию, делать выводы и высказывать собственную позицию.
Развивающие цели:
развивать потребности в самообразовании;
развивать языковые способности и устойчивый интерес к изучению реалий британской культуры и английского языка;
развивать у учащихся логическое мышление, языковую догадку, сообразительность и быстроту реакции.
Задачи урока:
Формировать социокультурную компетенцию сквозь призму восприятия достопримечательностей Лондона, как достояния британской культуры.
Формировать навыки чтения и говорения.
Систематизировать страноведческие знания, лексико-грамматические умения и навыки.
Оформление кабинета:
Доска оформлена в виде лобового стекла английского автобуса.
Оборудование: интерактивная доска и проектор.
Учебные материалы: Компьютерная презентация всех этапов урока, карточки самоконтроля.
Ход урока
1) Оргмомент: приветствие учителя.
Good morning, my dear friends! I am glad to see you again. How are you? Who is absent today? We’ll have an unusual lesson today. Tell me please, would you like to take part in our trip? Would you like to be a tourist? I propose you to visit the capital of Great Britain. Can you tell me, what is its name? You are quite right, it’s London. Would you like to visit it? Then let’s go!
We’ll visit a lot of interesting places and try to describe them.
