Сказка " В одном городе..."

Once upon a time there was a city called Hub- Bub. It was the noisest place in the whole world. The people of Hub- Bub always shouted. They were very proud of it.

There was a king in Hub- Bub.

“Hello! I’m the king. The king of Hub- Bub. I like the noise. I’ve got a son.” - said the king

“Hi! My name”s Hulla-Baloo. I’m ten. I like shouting very much.”- said the prince.

A few weeks before the prince”s birthday the king of Hub- Bub said : “ My dear son, what do yiu want for a birthday present?”

“ Well, I”ll tell you. I want to hear the loudest noise in the world.” - said the prince.

“The loudest noise in the world ?”- asked the king.

“ Yes, father. I want to hear millions and millions of people shout at the same time. ‘- replied the prince.

The king liked the idea very much. “ It”ll be fun .Let’s do it. Servants , come here!”- ordered the king.

“ I” m a postman. I take letters to people.I like making noise.”- said a postman.

“ I’m a waiter. I serve people. I like making noise.”- said a waiter.

“ I’m a baker. I bake bread and cakes. I like making noise.”- said a baker.

“ I’m a mechanic. I fix cars. I like making noise.”- said a mechanic.

“ I’m a teacher of a prince. I teach him. I like making noise.”- said a teacher.

The king told them about the idea and everyone liked it and agreed to shout

“ Happy birthday !” at the same time.

But the prince worried: “ But how am I going to hear everyone else when I’m shouting? “

The teacher answered: “ Don’t worry. You’ll keep silence and you’ll hear everyone.”

The prince said: “ O.K.It’s great.”

The postman added: “ I’ll tell everyone about it.”

So the important moment came. All people gather together and when the clock struck three there was absolute silence. The people were ashamed. But the Prince…….

“ I’m so happy. I’m the happiest in the world. Fot the first time I can hear the whisper of the sea, the sound of the car, and feel the smell of fresh bread.”

It’s so important to hear and listen to each other and respect the labour of people.
