  • Its main element is the white-headed sea eagle living only in the USA (Americans call it "a bald eagle") – a symbol of the sovereignty and power. It is also a national symbol of the USA. In one paw it keeps 13 arrows, in another an olive branch, symbolizing that the United States of America "want the world, but are always ready to war". The olive branch is traditionally represented with 13 leaves and 13 olives. The head of an eagle is turned towards an olive branch that means bigger preference to the world, but not war. The branch and arrows also mean "the power, great both in the world, and in war".
