Watch the video and predict the theme of the lesson.

Today’s theme of the lesson “speaking about your room”.

  • What kind of rooms do you know?

  • A bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen…

Teacher divides pupils into 3 groups “Bedroom”, “Bathroom, “Kitchen” and gives them paper and glue.

Play the recording. Ss listen and follow the dialogue in their books and translate the text.

Jim’s room is big. It is a bedroom. He has got a computer, a DVD player and a TV in the room.

Speaking about Bill’s home

Ss should stick the furniture on the paper. Each group should make their own room. Speakers chosen by teacher should describe Bill’s room and present it.
