Activity 7.

For the making the peer assessment of the Essential Question I have chosen two girls from 34-ER group: Zhanar Kabulova and Nargiz Rabatova. Their question is "Why making poems for enriching the vocabulary?". Here I used some criteria. A good EQ should drive the project, point students toward mastering content and skills which enable them to answer the question, not to be easily solved or answered. Also a good EQ should have levels of complexity, coherence and authenticity. In my opinion, girls have done their EQ well. Because this question will be interesting and useful for students. It doesn’t have only one answer. Also Nargiz and Zhanar described how their EQ is appropriate for all three levels (complexity, coherence and authenticity). I think this EQ is very contemporary and provocative. May be only the formulation isn't correct, but it is not in my competence to correct the mistakes of this kind.
