A man named Valentine lived in ancient Rome. He was a Cristian priest . The Romans did not like his religion , so they put him in jail. While he was in jail,Valentine wrote letters to his friends and family.He signed them: “From your Valentine.” On February 14, the Romans killed him. However , that day was also a Roman holiday. Every boy chose a girl ,and they went to feast together.
