There are 6 main types of houses in United Kingdom:

A detached house is also known as a single-family home. It is a stand-alone property that does not share outside walls with other houses or buildings. Detached houses are commonly used all over the world. It is the most expensive type of houses in UK. Mostly they were built in Victorian times between 1837 and 1901.
The average price for detached house is about £300 000 (33 300 000₽)
There is a big variety of exteriors which can be made by designers, but usually houses are made from red or brown brick
