"All our yesterdays"

Открытый урок по английскому языку в 4 классе. Разработан по учебнику Spotlight 4. На уроке используется много наглядных материалов, презентации, аудиозаписи, интерактивная доска, песни. По грамматике используется простое прошедшее время, по лексике слова прилагательные: scared, angry, happy, tired.Дети легко могут использовать гримассы, движения и показать как они поняли перевод новых слов.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент

Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls. I am glad to see you.

Pupils: Good morning, teacher.

Teacher: Sit down, please.

Teacher: How are you today? Are you Ok? Are you good? How do you feel now?Show your smiles. ( дети показывают смайлики настроения)

Pupil 1: I am OK.

Teacher: What date is it today?

Pupil 1: Today is the 18th of January.

Teacher: What is the weather like today?

Pupil 1: It’s snowy, cloudy, windy.

Teacher: It’s time to start our lesson. But I won’t tell you the theme of our lesson. You’ll watch the video, and then, you’ll tell me, what we will to talk about.(видео 1 Where were you yesterday?)

2. Фонетическая зарядка (презентация и скороговорка на доске слайд 1)

Teacher: Now let’s have some phonetic practice. You can see the letter w. It’s pronounced as /w/. Listen and repeat. Read, please.

3. Речевая зарядка

Teacher: Now it’s time to repeat the verb “to be” in Past Simple: was and were. We use “was” in singular and we use “were” in plural form. Read and complete the sentences. Go to the board. (слайд 2) (дети на доске заполняют пропуски глаголом” to be” в прошедшем времени).

4. Работа в группах

1. And now let’s work in groups. Here we have the first group and the second group. Look at the blackboard, watch and then write a day in your cards. Wherewas Kim last week? (смотрят видео и отмечают у себя на карточках где была Ким вчера).

2. Teacher: Excellent. Now let’s correct the sentences. Use your cards. Listen to me. ( слайд 3)

3. Формирование навыков аудирования (смотрят видео на доске)

Teacher: Now you will listen to the dialogue between Mum, Dad, Larry, Lulu. You’ll listen attentively and then you’ll say if the sentences are true or false. Raise your cards: red is false, green is true.

Pupils listen to the dialogue and answer.

The first group: It’s for Robbie’s 16^th birthday. (true)

The second group: Larry was in the garden. (false)

The first group: Lulu was in her room. (false)

The second group: Chuckles is having a chimps tea party. (true)

The first group: Larry was in his room with Paco. (true)

4. Teacher: Let’s discuss where you were yesterday. Use the pictures on the desks and talk to your friend. (на столах картинки, дети выбирают иговорят)

Pupil 1: I was at the cinema yesterday. And you?

Pupil 2: I was at the party yesterday. And you?

Pupil 3: I was at home yesterday.

5. Физкультминутка

Teacher: Are you tired? Let’s have some rest. Look at the video presentation, sing and do. (смотрят видео и поют песню). Stand up, please. Great, sit down, please.

6. Составление диалогов

1. Teacher: And now children match the pictures with the words. (дети выходят к доске и соединяют картинку со словом)

2. So make up short dialogues using this dialogue as a model. (дети выходят впаре из двух групп)

Were you angry yesterday?

Yes, I was. or No, I wasn’t. I was happy.

Teacher: Thank you. Good job.

8. Чтение текста и сопоставление с правильной картинкой.

Teacher: Open your books at p. 79 Ex.3. Where were they? Read the text and complete.

9. Домашнее задание

Teacher: Excellent. Thank you for the lesson. Please write down your hometask: SB Ex 5 p 79 write about the extra picture. (WB Module 5 Unit 10 Portfolio). Where Larry and Paco were last week.

10. Подведение итогов урока. Рефлексия. Отметки.

Teacher: What was the theme of our lesson?

Students: All our yesterdays.

Teacher: What can you do now?

Student 1: Now I can use the verb “to be” in Past Simple

Student 2: Now I can say and write about where people were.

Student 3: Now I can express feelings.
