Why are J.R.R.Tolkien's books so important for modern culture? 1. Is it provocative? Yes, it is. There are many different answers and opinions about Tolkien's creativity. 2. Is it open-ended? Yes, it is. Each person can explain the Tolkien's ideas based on his own perception and experience. 3. Does it go to the heart of a discipline or a topic? Yes, it does. Tolkien was a britain author and it's necessary to acquaint with his creativity. 4. Is it challenging? Yes, it is. It is difficult to evaluate the significance of Tolkien's books without exploring the universe of Tolkien. 5. Does it arise from real world dilemmas that students find interesting? Yes, it does. Each person in the world heard anything about "The Lord of the Rings" or "Silmallirion" even if he or she has never read these books. This shows the relevance of Tolkien's books.

Our choice is so, because: Tolkien's works are world famous, and even if people haven't read his book, he heard anything about them or watched films based on Tolkien's works. It shows the relevance of this topic in the modern world, and therefore, it will be interesting for the younger generations. The aim of this project is to attract students in investigation the creations of foreign science-fiction author and show them the versatility and uniqueness of the world created by Tolkien and the great work which he has done.
