Essential Question

Why is my city interesting?

1. It is open-ended. Each pupil has his own opinion on this, there can not be a definite answer.

2. It is provocative. The question of preferences is always provocative. Everyone should argue their choice without forgetting about politeness.

3. It is challenging. To justify their choice, the pupils have to make own review, and formalize it in a project, which is not an easy task.

4. It is meaningful. Every student has a life outside of school. Speaking about what they like, what they are confident about, students feel free and increase their confidence in speaking.

5. It is realizable. All project assignments are feasible for pupils.
