Name of project: Healthy lifestyle

Essential question: How do healthy habits help us to stay stronger and live longer?

Time: 5 lessons ( on average 25 min per lesson)

Aims of the project:

  • to show the importance of health for students and encourage them to adhere to healthy lifestyle habitsSkills: Critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, visual literacy

Objectives:

  • To convey the importance and significance of a healthy lifestyle for people;
  • To teach students the basics of a healthy lifestyle;
  • To bring up an active life position, responsible attitude to one's health.
