Ways to prepare students for the future.

As we know, modern education should be aimed not only at increasingknowledge and the development of the individual characteristics of each student, but it is intended to teach people to find their place in life, to form their subcultural space. What I do know for sure is that the teacher's personality can help students to be successful in the future.I believe in ways of teaching that encourage individuality.

The main fundamental goals of a teacher is broadening students’ minds and developing their mental skills can be successfully achieved if the teacher encourages students to self-education, because the object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves through their lives. I strongly encourage my students to make projects, prepare a talk, do research in a certain area, or even present some new material to the class. While doing such an extensive study on a topic, students learn a lot and develop a genuine interest in the subject.

I suppose, one of the ways to prepare students for the future is to contribute to a student’s intellectual development, giving students the opportunity to make wise judgments and conclusions, analyze and compare, search for information and take decisions.

The next important item is that schools must provide an opportunity to disclose the child's abilities and talents, encouraging their enthusiasm for reading literature and excitement for writing.
